**Your Opportunity**
- Recognising our commitment to attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent in our region a newly created position is now available to join our team as a **Rewards Analyst**.
- This newly crafted role, will see you manage regional and local market data, analyse survey data, and leverage regional knowledge to provide valuable reward insights and analytics to Unit Leadership teams and HR Leads. You’ll also contribute to the evolution of job architecture and career pathway frameworks, support remuneration forecasting, and develop regional compensation guidelines aligned with global principles. Your efforts will help us attract, retain, and reward our team effectively. Other responsibilities include:
- Partnering with the regional People Experience team to streamline reward processes and data governance.
- Supporting reward communication programs and driving employee awareness and understanding.
- Work closely with the Talent Lead and Unit HR Leads to ensure transparency in Gender Pay Gap reporting and conduct audits to ensure compliance.**About you**
- Awareness of APAC remuneration and benefit trends desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Commitment to commercial reward solutions.
- Relevant Tertiary of vocational qualifications desired.
