**Your new company**

Our client is among the world’s top producers of major commodities including iron ore, metallurgical coal, copper and uranium. They extract and process minerals, oil and gas from its production operations located primarily in Australia and the Americas.

**Your new role**

Due to recent expansion within the Geology team this Globally renowned organisation is currently seeking experienced Field technicians. As a field technician, you will be assisting the Geology team in preparing and transferring core, using a forklift. You will be responsible for the following key tasks:

- Manually load core log trays
- Prepare core for logging by Geologists
- Operate forklift
- Core processing
- Meter marking

**What you'll need to succeed**

- LF forklift licence
- Previous experience as a Field Technician, preferably with hard rock
- Attention to detail and ability to use initiative
- Strong focus on health and safety
- Full working rights in Australia

**What you'll get in return**

This role comes with an attractive 8/6 FIFO roster (12-hour days) and a pay rate of between $32 - $40 + Super an hour (based on skill set and experience) with consistent rosters and full time hours. Flights and accommodation provided from Adelaide to Olympic Dam.
