**Full Job Description**

Design & Build are currently working with a leading SEQ builder who specialise in Industrial and Retail projects up to $60M.

Due to continuing project requirements they are now looking to employ a seasoned commercial General Foreman to join their team.

This builder is an employer of choice who cultivate a supportive and inclusive work environment.

**Roles and Responsibilities of the Foreman include**
- Managing the sub-contractors to ensure they are fulfilling their responsibilities and monitoring their performance daily.
- Maintain positive stakeholder relationships, resolving any issues in accordance with the client's guidelines.
- Oversee, coach and mentor the works of the site team.
- Working with the Site Manager to assist with programmed works
- On site WHS checks
- On site QA checks

**To be considered for the role you will require**:

- Previous experience as a Site Manager or General Foreman running end to end projects ranging from $10M +
- Proven experience of effectively manage a team including sub-contractors, in a professional manner and ensuring longevity of relationships.
- Good understanding of health and safety legislation and requirements.
