**The role**:
Snooze **Northland** is looking for dynamic **Retail Sales Consultants** who are confident, authentic, and skilled at building relationships, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

**At Snooze, you will**:

- Build relationships with customers to provide expert sleep solutions
- Collaborate in the day-to-day store team operations - you will be merchandising bedrooms, lifting stock, operating computers, and walking the floor, delivering an **awesome customer experience.**

**You will bring**:

- Retail experience in selling big ticket items (preferred, but not essential)
- Customer-centric behaviours
- Confident and professional communication skills
- The ability to use a computer
- The hunger to achieve sales targets and KPI's
- The necessary fitness to walk the floor throughout the day and the physical strength to carry heavy stock safely, from time to time.
