**Who and what are we looking for?**

GemLife Residential Construction division are looking for a Plant Operator/Labourer at our Pacific Paradise site. Cutting driveways, house slabs, labouring, assisting in the general tidiness of the site and supporting the build of the residences on the site.

So, if you have previous experience as a Plant Operating/Labouring in construction, keep reading You are a person enjoys hard work, are fit and physically strong and you want to get the work done in a really good cultural environment.

**About You**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work as part of a team
- Strong safety initiative
- Have excellent communication skills
- Dedicated to the role
- General knowledge of the construction industry and environmental principles and relevant legislation/standards.
- Current Driver's Licence
- Construction Industry Card (White Card)
- Experience in cutting of driveways and house slabs and general labouring duties

**Must Have Experience and Licences For**
- Excavator
- Skid Steer
- Manitou (preferred but not essential)
