Big Ant Studios are looking for an **Outsource Coordinator** to play a key role in the studio.

Join us in making some of consoles and PCs biggest sports titles from our centrally located **Melbourne** studio.

**The Job**:

- Acting as the main contact between the studio and outsourcers.
- Ensuring outsourced assets meet quality standards.
- Providing feedback on outsourced work.
- Selecting and managing external outsourcers.
- Maintaining records of outgoing and incoming work.
- Maintaining incoming data.
- Ensuring the prioritisation of work to meet project deadlines.

**About You**:

- Experience being an artist in a video game development pipeline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills.

**You get bonus points for**:

- Character art experience is a plus.
- Understanding of and interest in sports.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Strong spreadsheet skills.
