**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Do something different. Join our motivated and innovative team to restore and upgrade existing wooden windows. We place importance on you fitting the Sealasash Values - being responsible, respectful, aim for excellent work with a can do attitude. Your skills are important but not as important as your attitude. We are looking for a motivated person to assist with taking on responsibility and growing the business. Drivers license (manual) and hand tools essential.

Sealasash is a business that specialises in draught/acoustic sealing, glazing and repairing wooden windows and doors.

We are Australia's leader and we are expanding our team. We are looking for an experienced carpenter to join our Sydney team.

**THE ROLE**
To undertake duties and perform work as directed by the lead Carpenter.

**Key responsibilities and accountabilities**:

- Adhere to Sealasash policies and procedures.
- Follow the directions of the lead carpenter and room to grow into your own supervisory role.
- Carry out daily work activities in an efficient, safe and environmentally compliant manner.
- Uphold and encourage Sealasash Values at all times and maintain a high standard of work in accordance with Sealasash policies and procedures.
- Follow all safety procedures including reporting safety issues.
- Be professional and courteous at all times.
- Ensure that the van(s) is stocked, tidy and clean.
- Attend training and development where required.
- Share new ideas and innovation.
- Maintain a positive attitude and be open with communication.
- Maintain Sealasash confidentiality at all times.
- Tasks - overhauling windows and doors, glazing windows, cleaning up windows and frames, unpacking and packing the van including looking after and packing away tools, cleaning up after jobs.

MUST have a manual vehicle license.

**Salary**: $21.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
