**The Opportunity**

X2 permanent full-time Trade Assistant positions available within a high-profile government contract based in Sydney CBD. The Trade Assistants will be responsible for providing support to various tradesman when completing repairs, maintenance, and preventative maintenance to a range of community facilities such as community centres, libraries, leisure facilities and depots, as well as commercial buildings, some being iconic such as the Sydney Town Hall, Customs House, and Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre.

**Could you be our next Trade Assistant?**
- Experienced in minor repairs such as change outs, door and lock repairs, patching and painting
- Experienced in providing support to site-based trades and assisting in the completion of reactive and planned maintenance
- Understanding of common hand power tools and safe usage requirements
- Ability to maintain and register maintenance records using computerised programs
- Current Driver’s License
- OHS General Induction to Construction Certificate desirable
- Intermediate computer skills
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
