**About our Role**:

- Accelerate your career in our Sensory team, working within a supporting team environment
- Reporting directly into the Sensory Science Team Leader
- Manage the organisation and administration of in-house and external sensory & consumer science fieldwork and databases

**What will you do**:

- Comprehensive administration support to our Sensory & Consumer Science team including all aspects of research fieldwork
- Management of the Sensory Research Brief system, calendar and databases
- Manage and facilitate the setup of pre-sensory planning meetings, sensory tests, technical evaluations and consumer focus groups
- Liaise with Culinary Technicians to ensure fieldwork is adequately resourced and executed and inventory is managed
- Maintain accurate and compliant technical and data information in accordance with SAPL record keeping policy and procedures
- Work with team to develop and expand our external Product Review Club
- Ensure compliance with OH&S requirements
- Proactively identify, build and leverage, internal and external partnerships using an open innovation approach
- Create a strong, interactive and open working relationships with the Culinary and Insights teams
- Develop excellent working relationships with other Simplot staff and proactively liaise/communicate cross-functionally
- Communication and escalation of project progress/issues to sponsors and other stakeholders i.e. project milestones, road blocks

**About you**:

- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Preferably some experience in administration/databases (not essential but willing to learn)
- Good knowledge of Excel and Word
- Willingness to learn EyeQuestion (questionnaire design) and EyeContact (recruitment) software
- Accurate, with good attention to detail and organised
- Process driven and action orientated
- Collaborative with proactive open innovation approach
