A mining company who prioritises sustainability? Sounds like paradox, we knowbut the proof is in the pudding and this up-and-coming mining empire is charging toward a low carbon future. This ASX listed company has been at the forefront of the lithium market for over a decade; their minerals quite literally driving change.

**WHAT ARE YOU IN FOR?**

This is a side-by-side role with the COO. Your role is crucial to the overall success of the company's pursuit to change the way the world travels. Some of your day-to-day may look a little something like:

- Forward planning; there are big deadlines and you’ll need to ensure time to review and create the space so there is plenty of time to check in and adjust/discuss if needed
- Diary and inbox management - permits, reminders, site visits, board and committee meetings, presentations
- Gatekeeping to an extent - filtering out what is pressing and what is not, implementing some boundaries, advocate for the Executive time, there will be some push back
- General admin duties - printing forms, preparing for board meetings, power point presentations
- Liaising with clients
- Speed up any processes you can, delegate, get things moving
- Pre-empt the next steps, read the play, be ahead of the game

**THE NITTY GRITTY**

You’re a highly organised person who works smarter & not harder. You're calm under pressure and have sky high attention to detail. You will also have:

- Previous experience in the mining sector plus experience with project work & site based experience is also a plus
- Someone who can think on their feet and knows what is needed without being distracted
- Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills - specifically a PowerPoint whizz
- A knack for organising and prioritising
- The ability to build solid relationships and instill trust
