The Cultural Infrastructure team, part of Creative Whitehorse within the Arts and Cultural Services Department has an opportunity for an outstanding super star to provide first class, event sales and administration services at Box Hill Town Hall. Your superior event sales skills, track record with exceeding budget expectations, knowledge of industry best practice, as well as an understanding of marketing strategies and data analytics will help us grow well into the future. The role will also oversee the administration and customer service of Community Halls/Senior Citizen Centres and assist the Cultural Infrastructure Lead to position the Box Hill Town Hall as a market focused business with a commitment to quality, continuous improvement and growth.

**The role**:
The Venue and Event Sales and Administration Supervisor role will
- provide first class, outstanding event sales and administration services at Box Hill Town Hall.
- provide superior customer service to all clients and community groups (including internal customers)
- exceed budget expectations in event sales specifically,
- require an outstanding knowledge of industry best practice,
- drive marketing strategies, implement and action client surveys, analyse data and design new campaigns in conjunction with the relevant internal business partners.
- oversee the administration and customer service of Community Halls/Senior Citizen Centres
- assist the Cultural Infrastructure Lead to position the Box Hill Town Hall as a market focused business with a commitment to quality, continuous improvement and growth.require flexibility working after hours and weekends according to event and client needs.
