**The Brightspace** is looking for enthusiastic, motivating and kind, university students, school learning support officers and teachers, to be a part of our community.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The tutors assist by supplementing the instruction students receive in class and guiding them towards study practices and aides that can help them excel. They support students to become independent learners, thinkers and reach their goals.

Tutors will work with individual students one-on-one or in group environments, predominantly face to face.

You tutor, and we find the students and do the administration.

The Brightspace is a welcoming, inspiring and engaging learning space for children from Kindy to Year 6. Our aim is to support children’s education whilst lightening the load on parents.

The team at The Brightspace is committed to developing the holistic well-being of the ‘whole’ child, considering their social, emotional, physical and cognitive outcomes and as part of this approach we also offer creative workshops for children.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Full-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $21.00 - $50.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus
