**About the Role**

As our On Call Rostering Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency of our services by providing after hour's support to our clients and team of nurses.

This position would be ideal as a second job or would suit a student (particularly studying Nursing or a similar field) or someone returning to the workforce and looking for excellent work life balance.

You would enjoy a consistent schedule of shifts being On Call four nights per week from 6:00pm to 8:00am Tuesday to Friday, as well as Saturdays from 8:00am to 8:00pm, in addition to one 12:00pm to 6:00pm shift in office to work with the rest of our team assisting on administration projects (ideally to be worked on a Wednesday but this is negotiable). Time off can be arranged in advance should you require any particular nights or weekends off.

There is no expectation to put your life on hold while being on call, you are free to go about your daily life as long as you remain contactable and ready and able to deal with client and nurse requests as they arise, your phone and laptop are provided.

On Call time is paid as a guaranteed flat rate hourly allowance in addition to your full hourly rate (paid in 15min increments) for active time worked with evening and weekend penalty rates applying.

- Strong presentation skills and attentiveness to clients and nursing staff
- Proficiency in Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to escalate issues professionally
- Motivated, dedicated, and capable of taking initiative
- Previous On Call and/or Rostering Experience would be highly regarded
