Site Supervisor

We are a developer builder who build internal projects with our own pipe line for years in advance. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee residential construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage all aspects of site based works in residential construction projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process

**Qualifications**:

- Useful to have Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Pay: $115,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
