**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and assist in processing and prioritizing merchandise receipts
- Utilize tools and reports to maintain a fully stocked sales floor with a wide variety of styles, colors, and sizes.
- Execute merchandise flow standards, ensuring efficient backroom and understock organization.
- Achieve and maintain visual merchandising strategies and presentation standards.
- Support merchandise assessments and store inventory management
- Assist in training new associates, serving as a role model and mentor

Qualifications:

- Previous stock merchandising, logistics, or inventory experience in a high-volume retail environment is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership and reporting skills.
- Hard-working, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Pay: $48,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:
