**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a **2 x** **Records Management Assistant** to join our Records team at ReturnToWorkSA.
This role assists in the efficient processing and digitisation of records in the Records Holdings Reduction Project.
**This will be a 12 month fixed term contract.**
**The Role**:
**Process and digitise Records**:
- Order records from Iron Mountain to rebox into records to be digitised or destroyed
- Prepare a manifest of records for digitisation
- Send items on the manifest to Decipha to digitise
- Prepare destruction lists for records that are eligible for destruction
- Update Content Manager metadata for records that have been destroyed or reboxed
- Ability to complete simple routine and repetitive task with limited supervision
- Good administrative skills
- Exercise mínimal judgement
- Seek clarification when required
