The Role

We're seeking Casual Production Operators at Bega Valley - Lagoon St (NSW). In general, operators' primary responsibility within Bega is to ensure all production is carried out effectively, efficiently, and in a timely manner, and to deliver products safely, of the highest quality, at the lowest cost, with mínimal waste in the correct quantity when required.

**Responsibilities**:
- Operate machinery and equipment on the production line following safety and operational standards- Document production data, including quantities produced, time taken, and quality control notes- Effectively communicate with supervisors and co-workers about production status and any concerns.- Ensure production areas are maintained in a tidy condition and cleaned according to quality standards- Adhere to company safety and quality policies and procedures

About you- Having experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is beneficial, but it is not necessary.- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.- Excellent communication and teamwork skills- Strong attention to detail.- Basic Computer literacy skills
