**How you’ll make an impact**
- Reporting directly to our Home Care Manager, you’ll play a vital role in providing customised care and services to each client, supporting them to maintain well-being and independence in their own surroundings for as long as possible. You will have the opportunity to build long lasting trusted relationships with your clients and make a real difference, everyday.
- A day in the life as a Home Support Worker with Regis Aged Care may see you support our Clients with;
- Getting up and ready for the day and/ or retiring in the evening
- Shopping and meal preparation
- Monitoring medication
- Making and attending appointments
- Keeping the home clean, tidy and safe
- Providing companionship and support to pursue hobbies and interests

**About you**
- As a compassionate and reliable individual who prides themselves with delivering customer service excellence, ideally with experience within the health and/or aged care sector, you’ll have;
- A warm and caring nature
- The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- A positive and practical attitude
- Strong communication skills
- A current driver’s license.
- Access to a reliable, registered, insured vehicle.
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
