This opportunity comes available as we are re establishing our dinner trade with an exciting new lunch/dinner menu with signature cocktails.

**Duties will include (but not limited to)**:

- Preparing, mixing and serving cocktails as per recipe cards.
- Taking customer orders at POS station.
- Maintaining compliance with liquor regulations and workplace health and safety laws
- Coffee making
- Greeting and seating of customers and managing reservations.

Conveniently located in walking distance to Edmondson Park Train Station, this position has the opportunity to grow into being the Licensee/ Venue Manager.
