**What’s the opportunity?**
The primary purpose of this
**new in-house role** is day-to-day transaction management of the business, for multiple legal entities, and to be a key stakeholder and business representative.

Based in
**Sydney** and reporting to the
**Financial Controller**, responsibilities will include:

- End-to-end accounts payable
- Fortnightly payroll run and reconciling employee expenses
- Monthly and ad-hoc reporting
- Liaise with tier-1 tax and management accountants, and internal and external stakeholders
- Provide administrative support and maintain systems
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws

- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, especially Excel, and Xero
- Prior experience in a similar role (6+ years preferred)
- Accounts Payable, Receivables, Bank Reconciliation experience
- Broad knowledge of financial procedures and policies
