William Barrett and Sons is a long-standing, fourth generation family-owned funeral home. We are seeking an Administration/Reception team member to join our caring and professional team. This is a substantive role requiring at least one year’s experience in a similar position, with the potential for career development in the funeral profession.

**Key Responsibilities**

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Greeting visitors and establishing their needs
- Booking appointments, rooms and vehicles
- Providing information, or directing queries appropriately
- Receiving and resolving inquiries and complaints from clients and the public with sensitivity and professionalism
- Distributing information internally and to third parties
- Receiving and distributing correspondence, messages, and deliveries
- General housekeeping duties
- Receiving items from clients and processing according to established systems

- Professional in presentation and communication
- Reliable, organised, and accurate with administrative tasks
- Willing to learn and develop within the role

**Experience Required**
- At least one year’s experience in a similar role in a funeral home
