Blue Mountains District ANZAC Memorial Hospital is an acute hospital that supports a population of approximately 80,000 and is the only ANZAC Memorial hospital remaining in NSW. Easily accessible to Sydney residents, our team of clinicians, allied health, and support staff works with the community on a shared goal to maintain the delivery of high-quality healthcare in the Blue Mountains region.

An opportunity is now available for a Health and Security Assistant to join the Blue Mountains District ANZAC Memorial Hospital team. This position on offer is Permanent Full time.

This role will see you perform cleaning duties as rostered in accordance with Ministry of Health Standards and procedures, including terminal cleans, high cleaning, outside cleaning and removal of soiled linen to ensure infection control and quality standards are met.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Current Security Licence (Class 1A)
- Recent experience working in a Hospital Security or Health and Security Assistants role
- Ability and willingness to work shift work, unsupervised and part of a team
- Demonstrated sound, written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding and ability to maintain confidentiality principles
- Demonstrated understanding of Work Health & Safety requirements
- Current Driver's Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel
