We are seeking experienced and passionate Disability Support Workers with excellent availability to join our dedicated team in **Noosaville**. **What You'll Do**

Working within our **Learning and Lifestyle** centre, you will provide support, assisting people with disabilities to participate in a range of flexible learning programs, recreation and social activities aligned to our clients NDIS goals.
- Assisting with personal care as required, meal planning, cooking, light cleaning, and facilitating community connections.
- Supporting daily activities, such as going for walks, attending movies, or accompanying appointments.
- Helping maintain connections with family, friends, and services.

**What We Look For**
- ** Experience and empathy**in providing high-quality support and fostering independence for clients.
- ** Flexibility** to work various shifts, including days, evenings, early mornings and weekends.
- ** Physical capability** for manual handling tasks.
- ** Commitment**to privacy and confidentiality.
- ** Good computer skills**and experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- ** Preferred but not essential**: Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability).

**Required Clearances**
- Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card).
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- National Criminal History Check (Fit2Work).
- Open Driver's License with comprehensive insurance.
