Are you an experienced finance professional looking to make a meaningful impact?
At QLeave, we administer a portable long service leave scheme for workers in the building, construction, contract cleaning, and community services industries.
We are seeking a dedicated Finance Officer to contribute to our mission and support our financial operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and reconcile financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and audit requirements.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, claims, and banking transactions promptly.
- Handle debt management, including follow-ups on overdue payments and liaising with debtors.
- Prepare financial reports and provide insightful analysis on performance and debt recovery.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure high client satisfaction.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven experience in accounts receivable and payable processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in preparing and processing financial records.
- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to implement process improvements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Collaborative approach with a focus on achieving team goals.
