**The Company**

**The Role**

This position is critical to the future growth of the operation nationally as they develop and launch new products into the Australian agricultural market. Servicing the agricultural regions across all of WA, the position of Graduate Sales Agronomist reports to the Australian Manager and is responsible for:

- Customer engagement and account management
- Playing a proactive role in the development of sales
- Managing effective client and stakeholder relationships in the designated territory
- Provision of internal feedback on products and markets and assisting in driving and supporting R&D projects is required

**The Person**

The right person for this role may be a graduate or early career professional who exhibits the following skills and assets:

- Demonstrated high level of customer service, relationship-building, and communication skills in particular on a farm level
- Experience in agricultural sales will be highly regards
- A genuine desire to work in an exciting new business
- Tertiary qualification in agricultural science, agronomy, or rural technology.
- The ability to work independently while being part of a developing team
- Reliability, strong organisational skills, and accountability
- Strong negotiation skills and confidence to follow through on closing sales with clients
