**Your Impact**

You will be a key player in driving category strategy and insights in the On-the-go team within Asahi Lifestyle Beverages. You will play a vital role in shaping and implementing strategic initiatives both internally and with customers. You will identify and capitalise on growth opportunities, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful results.
- The internal job title for this role is Perfect Store Manager._

**Key responsibilities**
- Assist in the creation and execution of category strategies by identifying key Category Value Drivers, contributing valuable consumer insights, and collaborating on brand planning and customer strategies.
- Support the development, maintenance, and execution of Perfect Store Standards, providing channel support on key strategic priorities such as growing beverage incidence, right range assortment and fridge layouts.
- Lead, manage & support range reviews with customers as needed.
- Develop comprehensive plans for range reviews and layouts, ensuring timely communication and collaboration with all stakeholders.
- Optimise planograms and assortment strategies across various portfolios and customer accounts.

**About you**:

- Experience in Category and/or Account Management.
- FMCG experience is highly regarded.
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Proficient in Scan/Shopper Data analytics (Quantium and Summit experience is a plus).
- Excellent verbal and visual presentation skills
- Tertiary qualifications highly regarded
