**Auto Masters Australia has a unique opportunity for a Multi-site Operations Manager where no two days are the same**
**About the role**:
- Reporting to the Franchisee, you will be responsible for supporting the Auto Masters stores in WA to conduct their contractual business in accordance with the terms and conditions of the franchise agreements.
- As the Operations Manager you will require strong technical and diagnostic skills to train and support the network.
- You will understand and ensure adherence to the Auto Masters Quality Assurance Manual, Operations and Administration procedures.
- Measure and assist with sales and KPI targets across the network as directed.
- Maintain the Quality Assurance System.
- Ensure all stores are maintaining a safe, clean, and optimum working environment for staff and customers, as per the Auto Masters Policy and Procedures.
- Actively promote the Auto Masters brand and image.
- Conduct store audits and ensure all statutory requirements are in place and Licensing is up to date.
- Provide operational and training support on the AMWOS DMS.
- Assist in Manager inductions and in-store training.
- Support the network in the recruitment and training of key staff.
- Ensure honesty, efficiency, quality and adherence to all Auto Masters systems and procedures at all stores.

**About you**:
- You will have an Automotive mechanical trade, which will allow you to provide technical support as required (desirable but not essential)
- You will be results driven and have a good understanding of the financial and commercial aspects required to run financially successful operations within the automotive industry.
- A collaborative and engaging approach to managing teams and people in previous roles.
- Proven experience in a similar role requiring a high level of leadership, customer engagement, motivating and developing of teams, with excellent communication and managerial skills.
- You will have outstanding customer service skills, and be solution focused to the franchisee, store managers and customers.
- Previous experience in managing multiple automotive service centres, stores or similar and a proven track record in sales management and growing the financial targets of the stores within the automotive industry is a must.
