**Job Advertisement: Admin Assistant (Part-Time)**
**Location**: Kardinya
**Hours**: 20-25 hours per week (flexible hours, ideal for school hours)
**Hourly Rate**: $28 - $35 per hour (depending on experience)
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assisting with project work and providing administrative support
- Data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Helping manage social media platforms and online presence
- Providing assistance with Linked Navigator tasks
- Ensuring smooth office operations and supporting the team as required
- Other general administrative tasks as needed
- Must be a **team player**, with a collaborative and proactive approach
- **Forklift ticket** would be advantageous but not essential
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office Suite** (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- **Social media knowledge** to assist with online presence management
- **Self-motivated, reliable, and trustworthy**:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in an admin role would be beneficial
- Experience with Linked Navigator is a plus
- Office-based role with the ability to manage tasks independently
