**More about what you'll do**

Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will play an integral part of our overall new business and customer retention strategy. This role will give you the opportunity to set the pricing strategy to win, maintain and improve margin for our wide customer base consisting of many of Australia’s largest organisations. You will be leading a small team of skilled Commercial Analysts and Administrators within a highly dynamic commercial team. Opportunities for long term career are plentiful.

Other responsibilities include:

- Process efficiencies and innovation in bidding, and price contract price management.
- Close collaboration with Sales Leaders to facilitate best commercial outcomes.
- Having a personal involvement in multi million dollar bid strategies.

You are a strategic thinker who has strong business acumen and an affinity for numbers. Curious and results oriented, you focus on the Big Picture Perspective and have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Flexibility to adapt to an evolving environment and willingness to learn are also your key attributes

To be considered for the role, you must display the following skills and attributes:

- Minimum 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Thorough understanding of profit drivers and cost based analysis
- Strong market understanding preferably with thorough knowledge in FMCG and B2B environments
- Customer centricity and high level of adaptability
