Desktop Support Assistant role within Public Health Department based in Tweed Heads.

Client is within the Public Health Department based in Tweed Heads.

**Your new role**
You will be responsible for:

- Hardware and software installation and support in a corporate environment.
- Installation, configuration and maintenance of peripheral computer equipment - especially printers, multi-function devices, scanners, digital cameras and data projectors.
- Patching network connections within a telecommunications closet
- Using SCCM to upgrade devices to Windows 10

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to succeed you will possess a current Drivers License, be COVID Vaccinated and able to provide a current police check (or to obtain one).

It would be beneficial to have some knowledge of the Health environment including department functions and their role in health service delivery but not essential.

**What you'll get in return**
This is a rare fulltime opportunity with the Public Health Department for a 12 month contract with possibility of extension. There is plenty of opportunity for growth and development.
