Our Host Company is a busy local law firm who is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join their team.

Ai Group Apprentice and Trainee Centre is a Group Training Organisation who employs apprentices and trainees then places them with Host Organisations. We provide support for all apprentices and trainees by way of our mentoring program which fits in with regular visits to the workplace and TAFE.

**Your duties include**:

- Undertake administrative and related duties as required
- Provide customer service including greeting customers, answering queries
- Maintain and process documentation, records, and data, in accordance with agreed procedures and standards
- Accounts receivable, create, follow up and process customer invoicing
- Stationery monitoring and ordering
- General maintenance of office area

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Be well presented and have good communication skills
- Positive and enthusiastic mindset with a can do attitude
- Willingness to learn and be committed to the full training program
- Have a methodical and organised approach to work
- Have ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Ability to work with accuracy and attention to detail
