This role is hands on and will be responsible for coordinating and actioning all aspects of the HR function for an operational facility or area including recruitment, onboarding, induction, ER/IR matters, workplace investigations, conflict management, policy & procedure implementation, and termination processes.

Our client, a global airline services provider are seeking an experienced People and Culture Advisor to start immediately to assist with their busy workload on a temporary basis.
**Start: ASAP**
**Location: Redcliffe**
**Length: Temp to Perm Opportunity**
**Hours: Full time - Mon - Fri (38 hours per week)**
**Hourly Rate: $40-45 ph + Super**
**The Role**
This role is hands on and will be responsible for coordinating and actioning all aspects of the HR function for an operational facility or area including recruitment, onboarding, induction, ER/IR matters, workplace investigations, conflict management, policy & procedure implementation, and termination processes.
**Your primary responsibilities will include**:
- Coordinate end to end recruitment and selection process, including on boarding/ off boarding, compliance, reference checks, offers etc.
- Providing counsel and coaching to leaders and supporting them business on a wide range of human resources issues
- Implementing and driving HR policies, programs, and best practice processes.
- Assist and support with employment related cases, including disciplinary investigations and unsatisfactory performance, working closely with the People & Culture Regional Business Partner on all matters to ensure local compliance to company procedures
- Support the roll out of national and local organisational and HR change initiatives / projects.
- Contribute to team discussions for making recommendations to improve HR processes and systems
- Complete Ad-hoc HR administrator duties when required
**About You**
- Tertiary qualifications in HR and a combination of relevant industry experience and knowledge
- High level of professional presentation
- Broad experience in the provision of generalist HR support in the areas of; talent management, employee relations, performance management, compensation, L&D, change management, HR policy development.
- Able to deal with confidential information and sensitive matters at all time
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills
