Site Supervisor, Childcare centre
- Western Sydney location
- Commence in March

We proud to be working with an Commercial Construction organisation to secure a Site Supervisor for their Childcare development in Western Sydney. The project will start in early March and is expected to continue through until the end of the year.

If you are a professional Site Supervisor with demonstrated knowledge in Commercial Construction environment, ideally with experience across Structures and Fit-Out, we want to hear from you....

As the Site Supervisor, your key roles and responsibilities will include the following,

**Duties and Responsibilities,**
- Co-ordinate all trades and subcontractors
- Manage a site's day-to-day operations with respect to subcontractor, labour, materials and plant
- Liaise directly with all sub-contractors and ensure all work is completed to a high standard
- Ensure project completion within timescale and budget
- Develop and build strong rapport with site teams
- Liaise with client to ensure successful delivery of projects
- Ensure that WHS legislation is met
- Manage all time and quality aspects on the project
- Mentor and develop junior staff on the projects.

**Your experience,**
- Relevant trade qualifications
- 5+ Years Site Management Experience.
- Experience as a Site Manager on a Commercial Projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good computer skills.
