We are looking to engage a skilled and enthusiastic **Cost Modeller **to join our Federal Government client

This position will undertake a number of functions that support the technical deliverables across multiple internal and external programs and stakeholders. The cost modelling efforts of this position will support both section and Enterprise level objectives within the capability integration space.

This is your chance to make a difference for our Federal Government client in this **12 month contract **with **an additional extensions **offered.

**Australian Citizens with the ability to obtain a NV2 or a TSPV security clearance **will be considered for this role.

**The experience and skills for this role are**:

- This role will require excellent skills in Microsoft Excel (or similar) including the ability to develop cost models and manipulate data to align with mandatory Defence cost approval models.
- Experience with the cost modelling needs within Government and statutory agencies with a Sound knowledge of the major capital procurement process including approach to market and tender evaluation
- Experience with Defence Projects and their specific needs including a sound knowledge of the Government 2 Pass approval processes
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to work within an integrated team of technical and non-technical personnel.
