**A place to make a difference**:
Reporting to the Supporter Care Manager, you will work as a part of our Fundraising team based in Melbourne (in-office at least one day per week, and working from home) to help us create lasting change for children everywhere. The Supporter Care Coordinator plays an important role in delivering on our vision of a better world for children. Whether it’s by building long-term loyalty by expertly attending to the day-to-day administrative needs of our generous supporters, or by engaging our supporters with our mission and being a proud advocate of child rights, you’ll be contributing to our commitment to children in Australia, the Pacific and around the world.
- You will make a difference by: _
- Processing donations by phone and postal mail, updating banking details and issuing tax receipts as requested
- Accurately updating databases and systems to ensure excellent supporter experiences at every touch point
- Contributing towards retention and fundraising targets to help us continue our work

- You have experience in customer service (customer-facing or call centre experience) with an excellent phone manner
- You can navigate new computer systems and databases, such as donor management platforms or CRM software
- You can ensure high standards of work and adherence to processes during repetitive tasks
