**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD INCLUDES**
- Promoting legal compliance, and liaising with our staff at all levels, local police and other enforcement agencies.
- Continue with existing programs and develop a Heavy Vehicle/Chain of Responsibility framework for Council.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Tertiary qualifications within the relevant field of Work Health and Safety (WHS) or related discipline
- Capable of demonstrating a capacity to work in WHS in a multi-dimensional industry
- Proven experience in WHS and understanding of WHS system management
- Experience in basic WHS Training
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
