**Change and Communications Associate**
**Sydney CBD and Work from home - hybrid**
**12 Months + contract**

**Qualifications**:

- Background in **Change and Communications** projects
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills including written, verbal, and visual.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to break down complex issues and communicate them
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage competing priorities.
- Experience in project management, communications, or program coordination.
- Ability to support project planning and execution across technology initiatives.
- Proficiency in creating & managing communication plans & materials to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Experience in facilitating meetings, workshops, and working sessions across teams.
- Ability to drive reporting, status updates & project documentation for internal stakeholders & executive leadership.
- Experience in managing relationships with external vendors, ensuring deliverable and time lines are met.
- Proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as required and driving resolutions.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
