**The Role**

In this position, you will find yourself maintaining customer relationship and growing Azure consumption across Brennan IT clients. The Azure Customer Success works with the core sales and pre-sales teams, as the Subject Matter Expert.

By leveraging your technical expertise, business acumen and industry perspectives you will be responsible for the end-to-end post sales delivery and support orchestration across Brennan IT sales and support team to align the right resources at the right time to achieve customer business outcomes.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Holds, maintains and nurtures customer relationships. Leads business value conversations at customer executive level to grow azure monthly consumption.
- Understands, identifies, and aligns Microsoft solutions, and technical capabilities (e.g., Azure, Modern Work, Dynamics) to customer needs and priorities.
- Guides and leads conversations to facilitate the achievement of customer business objectives by leveraging their investment in Microsoft products.
- Partners with Software Sales Specialists to create a customer success plan and contribute to the shared customer account plan in support of customer objectives specific to the customer's business transformation programs and common to their industry.
- You will meet consumption milestones as you track adoption and usage of Microsoft Azure, work with customers to identify areas where adoption could be improved and takes action to drive usage while you develop and leverage an understanding of retention and churn in their customer portfolio to begin identifying potential opportunities where retention may become an issue.
- Complete Vendor training and certification, growing skillset and learning about new technologies.

**What skills you will bring to the team**:

- 2-3 years customer success, solution delivery or customer facing consulting
experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products and experience selling Microsoft solutions to Australian based customers.
- Microsoft or other cloud certification (e.g: AWS, GCP) in relevant technologies (e.g Azure, 365)
- Self-motivated, task-focused, able to use your own initiative and work both
autonomously and as part of a team.
- Manage time effectively and be able to prioritise to meet deadlines.
- Professional presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
