We are looking for a proactive administrator to join one of Australia's leading innovative and sustainable building product companies. This is an opportunity for a proactive, organised individual to join a highly successful team in a fast paced, varied position.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Report on specific dispatch activities to Plant Manager
- Communicate with internal and external customers and the management team.
- Coordinate all dispatch activities from the site in a safe and cost-efficient manner.
- Actively participate in a Team based culture to ensure a high standard of productivity and morale.
- Ensure the timely assembly and safe loading of trucks.
- Communicate with customers and provide efficient response to customer concerns and requirements.
- Maintain close liaison with site-based Supervisors.
- Maintain dispatch records.
- Prepare and communicate Dispatch Reports.
- Ensure that all Site Operating Procedures are adopted and updated whenever process changes occur.
- Management of pallet and material returns
