The purpose of this role is to manage the hired tank fleets and to maintain a continous supply of bulk chemcials on time and in full for delverify to production assets.

Our client is seeking a seasoned Logistics Administrator for a Fixed Term Contract role of 6-12 months.

The purpose of this role is to manage the hired tank fleets and to maintain a continuous supply of bulk chemicals on time and in full for delivery to production assets.

**The Role**
- Logistics coordination for the chemical tanks inclusive of transport planning, storage and cleaning.
- Tank management inclusive of Certification and maintenance
- Liaise with suppliers
- Coordination of 200-300 chemical tanks across multiple sites
- Coordinating disposal of waste and residual chemicals
- Adhere to company Safety policies, procedures and rules and follow safe work practices

**About You**
- Experience in a similar role
- Excellent attention to detail and able to multitask.
- Strong coordination, scheduling and monitoring skills
- High level of written and verbal communication skills
- Above average computer skills and competent in MS Office programs
- Ability to develop positive working relationships with key customers and internal stakeholders.
- Open clean drivers license and own vehicle
