**_We are seeking an experienced and pro-active Safety and Injury Business Partner for a full-time position with Respect. This is a new role for the Respect group, and the successful individual can be based in Hobart or Launceston, Tasmania._**

**Requirements**:
**What you can bring to the role**:
**Essential**:

- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or extensive previous experience.
- Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety.
- Current Driver’s Licence.
- NDIS Worker Screening Endorsement (or ability to acquire).

**Desirable**:

- Experience in Aged Care and/or other health care setting.
- Certification as a Rehabilitation and Return to Work Coordinator.
