**Role Intro**:
As part of a passionate team, you will provide an integral role in supporting our dynamic and fast-paced Technology Division. Reporting to the Technology Risk & Compliance Manager, the key focus of this position is to work alongside technology streams in undertaking risk, regulatory and compliance requirements.

**What are we looking for?**
- Diploma or higher education qualification or equivalent industry experience in a relevant field such as IT, Legal, Finance, Management, Risk or related discipline
- Ability to manage workloads in a busy environment and meet agreed timeframes
- Analytical problem solver who will harness their energy and desire to dig deep and explore further
- High level written and verbal communication skills, with the ability engage a broad range of stakeholders including Senior Management
- Experience managing and implementing new initiatives
- Strong computer literacy with high level experience with Microsoft Office products
- Collaborative and self-motivated approach, with initiative to resolve issues as they arise

**What would be your key responsibilities?**
- Monitor, advise and report on the progress of risk and compliance activities
- Undertake first line control testing
- Collate and prepare reports and agendas for risk and compliance meetings
- Conduct root cause analysis and monitor progress of risk incidents through to closure
- Ensure day to day operations including systems, service, advice and support are provided in a professional and timely manner
- Identify emerging or systemic trends and risks
- Assist in team initiatives & scheduled audits.
