**About the Role**

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a centre that values professionalism, innovation, and genuine care for children.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Supporting the planning, implementation, and evaluation of high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Building trusting and respectful relationships with children and families
- Promoting a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that supports each child’s individual needs and interests
- Working collaboratively with a team of dedicated educators and contributing to a positive team culture
- Maintaining accurate documentation of children’s learning and development
- Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and centre policies

**What We’re Looking For**

We are seeking an educator who is:

- Genuinely passionate about early childhood education
- Caring, reliable, and proactive in supporting children’s wellbeing
- A great team player with strong communication skills

**Essential Requirements**:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training (HLTAID012 or equivalent)
- Sound understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and current best practices in early childhood education
- Strong observation, documentation, and planning skills
- Australian residency or valid work rights

**How to Apply**

Pay: $27.00 - $34.00 per hour
