**Dental Assistant - Join Our Brand-New Practice in Vermont, VIC**

**Gentle Care Smiles** is a modern, privately owned dental clinic opening soon in Vermont, Victoria. We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced **Dental Assistant** to be part of our founding team as we bring high-quality general, cosmetic, and orthodontic care - including Invisalign® - to the local community.

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a friendly, professional **Dental Assistant** with at least **2 years of experience** in chairside assisting. Orthodontic experience or training is a **bonus**, but not essential. You’ll be working closely with our dentists and orthodontic provider in a supportive and respectful environment that values teamwork and patient-centred care.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Minimum **2 years’ experience** as a Dental Assistant
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (or equivalent)
- Strong infection control knowledge and attention to detail
- Warm, professional communication and a positive team attitude
- Experience with orthodontic or Invisalign® assisting is highly regarded
- Willingness to grow with the practice and contribute to a great team culture

**Location**: Vermont, VIC

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Temp to perm

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Dental assisting: 2 years (preferred)
