**Position Overview**:

- As an Insurance Broker, you will play a key role in managing risk solutions and supporting our clients within the Spanish-speaking community. This position involves customizing insurance options to meet specific risk profiles, negotiating coverage terms, and providing high-quality service to clients in both English and Spanish.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Advise clients on tailored insurance solutions suited to high-use, mobile settings.
- Build and manage a portfolio of Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring clear communication and high-quality service.
- Negotiate terms with insurers to secure competitive coverage that meets client needs.
- Maintain strong client relationships, handling policy clarifications and claims processes.
- Deliver excellent customer service, fostering strong relationships with clients and underwriters.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- **At least 2 years of relevant experience** as an Insurance Broker or in a similar advisory role.
- **Bilingual in Spanish and English**: Fluency in both languages is essential for effective client support.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Supplementary Pay:

- Sydney, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
