We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised Client Enquires Team Leader looking to make a real difference through their work at myHomecare in Erina.

**So, what does the role entail?**

No matter your role with the myHomecare Group, you’ll play a key part in supporting our clients and their families. With us, you’ll become a true leader in the in-home care space - and we’ve got the comprehensive training and development tools to get you there. You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading the growth of new business opportunities through a range of marketing and acquisition strategies.
- Responsible for both inbound and outbound calls of customer enquiries, attending to complex enquires and offering solutions.
- Increase conversion rates through reduction in time enquire and follow up contact.
- Seamless customer experience.
- Look for market trends and informed client data to make better and broader decisions.
- Client Administration, accuracy in customer information gathering.
- Ensure key relationships are developed and maintained with key influences and referral.
- Understanding customer data points and trends to identify key times to make outbound calls.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Can do attitude who is self-motivated and highly organised.
- Results driven, and proven problem-solving ability.
- Ability to maintain and increase team culture.
- Aged care / community care industry experience preferred.
- Proven experience in a Team Leader, frontline, or operational management position.
- High level of verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and planning skills with the ability to multitask.
- Microsoft Office Suite and Procura Software experience is desirable.
- The right to work in Australia.
- National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain (the myHomecare Group will organise via WorkPro at no cost).
- Proof of Covid Vaccination.
