Seeking experienced Medical Receptionist to be apartment of a dynamic and leading practice to help deliver high quality administration duties and support a top surgeon.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- General office duties as applicable to a premium specialist medical service
- Meeting and greeting patients and their families in a caring and compassionate manner
- Answering phones and directing queries promptly and accurately
- Receiving payments and issuing invoices/receipts using specialist medical software
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, verbal and electronic correspondence, faxes, and ensure distribution to the correct persons
- Record appointments, data entry and typing correspondence

**About you**:

- Proven experience working in a medical practice in a similar role (Minimum 1 years)
- Must have proven experience with the use of medical practice management software Genie
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill
