Duraglaze has been resurfacing and renovating swimming pools in Sydney, NSW for over 60 years. We are seeking experienced individuals (men and women) who are motivated to work and advance through a growing company. This is an opportunity to earn a good living, and enjoy a great lifestyle.
We are currently seeking an individual willing to join our team, on full time basis. This individual will report to our Project Manager and our Managing Director.
We are particularly looking for someone who brings some experience and skills in fibreglass laminating, tiling, paving, painting or other relevant experience. This individual is not shy on the tools and is also willing to learn the other parts of our job, which include pool resurfacing, and fibreglass works.
What you need to bring to the table:
- Travel in and around the Greater Sydney Area
- Work in a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Learn new skills, and solve problems, and CARE about quality
- Work with a team and independently if required
- Have the ability to lead a team and also be lead
- Turn up every day, no excuses

**CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THEIR OWN VEHICLE TO START -- COMPANY VEHICLES ARE PROVIDED TO EXPERIENCED STAFF -- UTE PREFERRED. TRADE EXPERIENCE A MUST. WEEKLY REPORTING TO OUR OFFICE ON THE NORTHERN BEACHES, AND TRAVEL AROUND GREATER SYDNEY IS REQUIRED. TOOLS AND PETROL ALLOWANCE ARE PROVIDED.**

Pay: $51,928.29 - $97,138.66 per year
