**Loader Operator - FIFO Camp Build 2:1 Roster**

**Pay Rate**: $55 per hour
**Roster**: FIFO 2:1 Roster
**Start Date**: ASAP

**About the Role**:
Join our team as a Loader Operator on a FIFO 2:1 roster, where you’ll play a vital role in moving materials efficiently and supporting the camp build. This position is ideal for experienced operators looking to contribute to a major construction project in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

**Key Duties**:

- Operate loader to transport, load, and stockpile materials across the construction site.
- Perform pre-start equipment checks and report any defects or maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with other operators and ground crew to ensure safe and efficient site operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment in and around the loader.
- Strictly follow all safety protocols and contribute to team safety meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Loader Operator with a valid Loader VOC certification.
- High commitment to safety and quality operations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
