We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our energetic team in our busy Homebush DFO store

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop a client-centric mindset, build a collaborative and positive team culture, and communicate our brand vision.
- Build a high-performing team driven to achieve KPIs, sales targets and drive store results.
- Demonstrating your commercial acumen to increase profitability, maximise opportunities across sales, and customer engagement.
- Demonstrate effective people and leadership skills to build talent through effective coaching and training strategies.
- Managing the day to day operations of your store, including rostering, financial performance, onboarding new starters, supporting the Store Manager with ad hoc training and other duties as required.

**Skills required**:

- At least 2-3 years previous Retail and Outlet Management experience, leading and developing a team of 15+.
- A passion for the retail environment and providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to drive sales and achieve targets consistently.
- Thrives in a fast paced and dynamic outlet environment.
